Are you ready to reconnect with your inner spirit and embrace the joy of dance? Look no further!  

We are excited to be taking part of our healing village to the beautiful Meadowlands in Hockley.

Our tribe welcomes you for a shamanic healing and breathwork ceremony, followed by DJ sets from Marc Bunn and Rossi who are in collaboration with Sober Events.

What to expect

• Shamanic Healing & Breathwork: Connecting with ancient wisdom and unlocking your inner potential. Jessica and Lyndsey will guide you through a sacred ceremony using energy healing and breathwork. This session aims to assist you in releasing blockages and returning to a state of love and forgiveness. 

• Reconnect with Nature: Experience the powerful energy of Mother Earth and embrace the healing benefits that she provides. Come breathe, heal and dance with us in the heart of nature. Your journey to transformation starts right here!

We will begin with a Shamanic Healing and Breathwork ceremony held by the Conscious Heart Warriors. Lyndsey and Jessica will open the ceremony space with a sound healing session and meditation, anchoring everyone’s energy into the heart of Mother Earth they then call in the purest divine light from the cosmos. During this process, they will help you focus on positive affirmations for what it is you are trying to pull into your life. 

Once everyone is fully grounded and connected they will guide you all into the Shamanic Healing and Breathwork Ceremony. This will be an opportunity for you to release all that is not serving you, whilst being held in a safe and sacred space. 

By engaging in conscious connected breathing, we transition into an altered state of consciousness. Our breath serves as a connection between our conscious and subconscious minds and our physical body. While the mind may forget, the body retains memories leading to unresolved traumas and emotional wounds being stored as dense energy or blockages in the body and energy field. Through conscious connective breathing we allow these energies to rise to the surface, be acknowledged and then released. This process results in a greater sense of inner balance and alignment.   

Sober Events was created by Paul Byrne & Kevin Farrell, both have a passion to show people you can have a great time without alcohol, drugs or any mind-altering substance.  

In 2017, Paul and Kevin hosted an alcohol-free boat party on the Thames, the boat was sold out within 8weeks bringing 220 people together without a single drop of alcohol. The event was so successful that Paul and Kevin decided to host another party, this time it was in Cafe 1001, Bricklane, again within a short space of time the event sold out.  

Paul & Kevin host regular Sober Parties in London and have hosted at Ministry Of Sound, Moustache Bar, Cafe 1001 and many other venues.  

In 2019 Sober Events went to Leeds and created a beautiful community within the Leeds sober circle and hosted at the BlueBerry industrial bar, however due to covid hitting the scene, Sober Events UK adventure in Leeds ended.  

Now in 2024, Sober Events are planning on collaborating with other artists, companies and DJ’s to bring a much needed perspective to those who wish to go sober but struggle with overcoming what that looks like.  

Between Paul and Kevin they have over 2 decades in recovery and have a full understanding of what a clean and sober lifestyle looks like. 

Rossi (Paul Rosser) himself is on a recovery journey that started last year. He has joined the guys at sober events to continue his work and this is where he found the Conscious Heart Warriors. Paul is excited to be collaborating his experience in House Music and bring good vibes to the healing village.

We will be having a communal food share so please bring along your favourite dish, drinks or nibbles. 

This is your time for you, we want to create a space where you feel comfortable to be completely yourself, whether that be sitting around the fire chatting, to chilling in the Muladhara bell tent or stomping your bare feet on the ground.  

Come with an open heart and leave with a renewed sense of purpose, peace and connection. We show no judgement, no limits just LOVE. This celebration of life and nature will not only be a feast for the senses but also a reminder of the beauty that exists when we come together as one through the joy of music and dance.

• Yoga mat or something to lie on for breathwork ceremony
• Pillow & blanket for breathwork ceremony
• Journal and pen
• Camping chair
