You will be supported to do the deep inner work to clear and reprogram limited beliefs and old patterns of unhealthy behaviour that are holding you back from stepping into your full power and expressing your unique authenticity. 

Our spiritual tool guide is designed to help you prepare mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the retreat ahead. It includes practices such as meditation, journaling prompts, and grounding exercises to help you connect with your inner self and set positive intentions for the experience. As for the aftercare package, it is there to provide you with resources and support once the retreat is over. This includes tools and recommendations for further spiritual growth. Our goal is to ensure that you feel nurtured and empowered long after the retreat has ended. Remember, your spiritual journey is unique and personal. Our group share will an opportunity for you to be heard without judgement and to express yourself and your feelings without any filters. Profound healing can occur when we are honest with ourselves and feel safe to be seen in our vulnerability. The power of sharing helps bring emotions up to the surface which facilitates a deeper healing experience for the shamanic healing and breathwork ceremony.  

The power of the breath is a powerful modality which we use in our ceremonies for a deeper and profound experience. Through conscious connected breathing we enter into an altered state of consciousness, our breath bridges the gap between our conscious/subconscious mind and our body. The body remembers what the mind forgets, therefore any unresolved traumas or emotional wounding are stored as heavy energy or blockages within the body and energy field. Through the breath we create space for these energies to come to the surface to be felt and then released. Once released we feel more centred and balanced, moving into a place of love and acceptance for ourselves and others. 

Stacey will be guiding us through an ecstatic dance journey, giving you the keys to dive into the depths of your soul, connecting to the true essence of who you are. This unique healing dance experience will enable you to dissolve your ego, surrender and release what no longer serves you and reach heightened states of euphoria. Don’t worry if you are not much of a dancer, we will be using headphones so you may choose to go on the journey laying down somewhere comfortable in your own space.  

We have our beautiful soul sister Kai joining us, she will be sharing her culinary skills in the kitchen by cooking us all some delicious Ayurvedic meals, we are all in for a treat. Kai’s expertise in Ayurvedic medicine promises to bring a delightful blend of flavours and holistic health benefits to our table. Rooted in ancient traditions, her dishes are sure to be both nourishing and delectable, crafted with mindful attention to balance and wellness. 

Sunday afternoon after the retreat has finished, if you wish to join us, we will be exploring the beautiful town of Glastonbury, a simply magical place which is full of ley lines and powerful energies. We will visit the Chalice Well. Many people visit the gardens to experience the peace and unique atmosphere there. Visitors often speak of a sense of crossing a threshold and leaving the everyday behind. In Pagan Mythology the Chalice Well is often portrayed as a symbol of the female aspect of the sacred deity, with the male it is symbolised by the nearby Glastonbury Tor.
