This retreat is a space to pause, reconnect, and realign. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, this day is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with the clarity, strength, and power that already lives within you.

You don’t need any experience, just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.

What the Day Includes

• Emotional Release Breathwork
  We begin with guided breathwork designed to support emotional release. This practice uses the breath as a tool to move through stored stress, emotions, and tension, helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body and emotions.
• Energy Healing
  Experience energy work to help you settle, reset, and feel balanced. This process supports emotional regulation, clarity, and calming the nervous system calm, especially if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or drained.
• Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs
  We’ll explore the old patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back like “I’m not enough” or “I can’t trust myself.” Through simple, guided exercises, you’ll begin to shift these stories and create space for new, empowering ones.
• Tools for Triggers & Everyday Stress
  Learn practical tools to manage emotional triggers and self-doubt in daily life. These down-to-earth techniques help you respond to challenges with more calm and clarity.
• Manifestation Despacho Ceremony
  In the afternoon, you’ll take part in a despacho, a traditional Peruvian offering made with natural elements and intention. Together, we will create a gift to the universe filled with prayers, hopes, and visions for what you want to welcome into your life.
• Sacred Fire Ceremony (Letting go and manifestation ritual)
  We close the day gathered around the fire. You’ll be invited to offer your despacho, along with anything else you’re ready to release, into the flames. This is a powerful moment of reflection and renewal, a way to mark your readiness to step forward with clarity and intention.
• Delicious Home-Cooked Food & Refreshments
  Throughout the day, you’ll be nourished with wholesome, home-cooked food made with love. Herbal teas, snacks, and refreshing drinks will also be available to keep you grounded and cared for as you move through your inner work.

Overnight Stays

You are welcome to extend your retreat experience by staying overnight either the evening before or the night of the retreat. We provide blow-up beds, but you’ll need to bring your own bedding and warm clothes.

• Shared stay: £50 per person, per night (up to 2 sharing)
• Private bell tent: £100 per night
• Dinner and breakfast are not included – please bring your own food.
• Lunch will be provided on the retreat day.
