Our travelling healing village is a sanctuary of joy and connection, where families can come together to share in the magic of dancing, drumming, workshops and healing practices. As Conscious Heart Warrior’s, we embrace diversity and honour the beauty of every soul that joins us. •  Weekend Camping Ticket – £155
•  Weekend Family Camping Ticket (2 Adults & up to 3 Children). – £275 Tribal Gathering Family Weekend Ticket with Camping (2 Adults & up to 3 Children) – Conscious Heart Warriors
•  Saturday Day Ticket – £75 Tribal Gathering Saturday Day Ticket (1 Adult) – Conscious Heart Warriors
•  Sunday Day Ticket – £60 Tribal Gathering Sunday Day Ticket (1 Adult) – Conscious Heart Warriors
•  Pre & Post Event Camping (Thurs 19th & Sun 22nd) – £20 per pitch, per night (cash only on arrival).
•  Children under 18 come free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

FAQ’s

•  Where is the gathering? Our gathering is in the beautiful grounds of Meadowlands in Hockley. If you use the full address (Meadowlands, Victor Gardens, Hockley, Essex, SS5 4DY) on google or Apple Maps it will take you all the way to the private gates, you can also use the what 3 words which is ///adopters.breathing.mystified 
•  What time does the gathering start? The gathering will begin at 4pm on Friday 20th September.
•  What time does the gathering end? The gathering will finish at 6pm on Sunday 22nd September.
•  Are there accessible facilities? Yes, we will have an accessible toilet between the main event field and the camping field.
•  Is your gathering dog friendly? Yes, however dogs will only be allowed in the camping field (not the main gathering field) and must be kept on the lead at all times and cleaned up after.
•  Can I have a fire? No, however we will have a communal fire in the main gathering field.
•  Can we have a BBQ? Yes, BBQ’s are allowed but must be raised off the ground.
•  Are there toilet’s on site? Yes, there will be portaloo’s on site between the camping field and the gathering field.
•  Are there shower’s on site? There are no showers on site so get ready for festival feet.
•  Are the pitches on grass or hardstanding? All camping pitches are on grass
•  Is there water on site? Yes, there is a tap on the tree behind the trading area
•  Is there electrical hook up? No, there are no hook up points available.
•  Can I park next to my tent? We have a separate area just for tents so you will need to drop of your camping equipment and then park in the day parking area.
•  Can I bring my caravan? Yes, however the pitches have very limited space so you will not be able to park your car next to your caravan so we will ask that you pitch up, unload and then take your car to the day parking area.
•  Are ticket’s refundable? Tickets will not be refundable for this event
•  What time are the gates open for arrivals over the weekend? We will be opening the gates on Friday between 16:00 – 20:00, Saturday between 09:00 – 12:00 and Sunday between 09:00 – 12:00.
•  Is there pre or post event camping? Yes, we are opening up the camping field on Thursday 19th September at 16:00 at a cost of £20 per pitch. We are also offering an extra nights camping on Sunday 22nd September after the gathering has finished again at a cost of £20 per pitch, however there will be no entertainment provided and the main gathering field will be closed until the official opening on Friday 20th September.
•  Are there food venders? Yes, we have some incredibly tasty food and snack venders on site in our “Nomad Nibbles” area.
•  Are there activities for children? Yes, we have a whole area set out for our “Mini Heart Warriors” with all sorts of activities planned including foraging, treasure hunts, dancing and games with the conscious heart warriors.
