Conscious Breathwork & Restorative Yoga

We welcome you to join us for our half day retreat of deep healing and emotional release breathwork, followed by restorative yoga and sound healing with Lou.

A space to slow down, reconnect, and support your mind, body, and spirit through the power of breath, rest, and movement.

Conscious Connective Breathwork with Lyndsey & Jessica

Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that uses your breath to support emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

It’s a tool you can carry with you into everyday life, helping you feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

Our nervous system plays a huge role in how we feel day to day. When we spend long periods stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it can impact both our mental and physical health.

Through conscious connected breathing, the body can begin to release built-up stress, emotions, and tension that may have been stored over time.

The Science of Breathwork

Restorative Yoga with Lou

Restorative yoga is a slow, supportive practice designed to help the body relax and the mind unwind.

Using comfortable, supported poses, it offers space to slow down, release tension, and reset from the busyness and demands of everyday life.

Following the breathwork session, restorative yoga helps you gently settle back into your body and absorb the benefits of the practice. Combined with sound healing, this part of the day encourages deep rest, grounding, and integration, leaving you feeling calmer, more connected, and more at ease within yourself.
