Our Friendship is like a medicine, with this in mind we wanted to create a space where people can come and heal, relax, and feel safe to be completely themselves. We are all worthy of being seen, heard, loved and appreciated. That why we feel this type of retreat is so needed in these challenging times.

Our main, focus being around community, friendship, connection and fun. Whilst forming beautiful and trusting relationships, with ourselves and others in the group. After all, LOVE is the most powerful force across the universe.

When we feel safe to be seen in our vulnerability and we are brave enough to speak our truth, profound healing can occur. Healing can be relentless and totally overwhelming at times. That’s why we are consciously bringing in more of a fun and light-hearted aspect to the weekend.

However, that’s not to say we don’t have some exciting spiritual development ideas up our sleeves too!

Of course, we will be doing an energy healing, and breathwork ceremony, its what we do! The connection to yourself and others in the group following one of these ceremony’s is uncanny. It is a journey back to the heart and the true essence of who we really are.

Through conscious connected breathing we enter to an altered state of consciousness, our breath bridges the gap between our conscious/subconscious mind and our body. The body remembers what the mind forgets, resulting in any unresolved traumas or emotional wounding being stored as heavy energy or blockages within the body and energy field. Through the breath we create space for these energies to come to the surface, to be felt and then released. Once released we feel more centred and balanced, moving into a place of love and acceptance for ourselves and others.

Charmaine is qualified ecstatic dance facilitator a shamanic practitioner and our teacher of the ‘Shamanic Medicine Wheel’. She will be guiding us through an LED ecstatic dance journey, giving you the keys to dive into the depths of your soul, connecting to the true essence of who you are. This unique healing dance experience will enable you to dissolve your ego, surrender and release what no longer serves you and reach heightened states of euphoria.

We have our beautiful soul sister Kai joining us, she will be sharing her culinary skills in the kitchen by cooking us all some delicious vegetarian meals, we are all in for a treat.

On the Sunday afternoon we explore the beautiful town of Glastonbury, a simply magical place which is full of ley lines and powerful energies. We will visit the Chalice Well. Many people visit the gardens to experience the peace and unique atmosphere there. Visitors often speak of a sense of crossing a threshold and leaving the everyday behind. In Pagan Mythology the Chalice Well is often portrayed as a symbol of the female aspect of the sacred deity, with the male it is symbolised by the nearby Glastonbury Tor.

The renowned white spring is open to the public on Sunday, this is a sacred candle lit space where you can bathe in the healing waters. We will set intentions and cleanse anything within ourselves that we wish to release. It’s extremely powerful and an honour to be in such a sacred space. Together we can send out prayers for ourselves and humanity, with the focus on bringing in pure unconditional love, healing and connection to the world.

The house is beautifully surrounded by unspoilt countryside where your only neighbours will be some sheep. Perfect for getting away from it all and enjoying the views whilst relaxing in the private massaging hot tub. If you’re feeling more active, there is plenty to do such as the games room equipped with table tennis, darts and pool table.
