The Conscious Heart Warriors Masculine Resett is an invitation to step out of that cycle.
This powerful one-day experience creates a safe and supportive space where men can come together with honesty, courage and openness. A space where you can slow down, look within, and explore a deeper understanding of who you are and why you do the things you do.

We are honoured to collaborate with Sean McNicholas from New Me Therapy UK | New Me Therapy

Sean is a therapist, coach and brain health professional specialising in anxiety, trauma and neurodivergence such as ADHD. His work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns behind emotional dysregulation, anger, avoidance, addictions and other behaviours that many men quietly struggle with.

Sean has also hosted the Resett men’s retreats in Ibiza, guiding men through powerful processes of reflection, awareness and transformation. Together we are bringing that experience into a focused and impactful day designed to support men on their journey of self-discovery and growth.
Throughout the afternoon you will take part in guided practices designed to deepen awareness, build connection and create space for honest conversation with other men walking a similar path.

Ernesta Marku – Functional Medicine Practitioner

Ernesta is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, she helps people understand why they are experiencing certain symptoms, rather than simply focusing on suppressing or managing the symptoms themselves. she works from the belief that symptoms are the body’s way of communicating that something is out of balance, and her job is to investigate what is driving those signals.

In the first part of the day, Ernesta will lead a practical session on lymphatic drainage techniques, equipping you with valuable transferable skills long after the retreat is finished.

We will be working gently with the body through lymphatic drainage and nervous system regulation practices. This helps reduce physical heaviness, encourage circulation, calm the stress response, and create a sense of safety and grounding in the body.

In the second part of the day, you’ll be guided through a powerful yet supported Rebirth Breathwork session. This conscious breathing practice works on a deeper emotional and energetic level, helping to release stored stress, suppressed emotions, and mental patterns, while reconnecting you with your breath, inner clarity, and life force energy.

    In the afternoon, you’ll take part in a despacho, a traditional Peruvian offering made with natural elements and intention. Together, we will create a gift to the universe filled with prayers, hopes, and visions for what you want to welcome into your life.
  • Sacred Fire Ceremony (Letting go and manifestation ritual)
    We close the day gathered around the fire. You’ll be invited to offer your despacho, along with anything else you’re ready to release, into the flames. This is a powerful moment of reflection and renewal, a way to mark your readiness to step forward with clarity and intention.
  • Delicious Home-Cooked Food & Refreshments
    Throughout the day, you’ll be nourished with wholesome, home-cooked food made with love. Herbal teas, snacks, and refreshing drinks will also be available to keep you grounded and cared for as you move through your inner work.
