We would like welcome Kerry Standfast, international psychic medium as a facilitator who will be joining us for this afternoon of healing and self-discovery.

This will be a powerful ceremony of personal transformation and a time to release anything that no longer serves your highest good or the highest good of all. True planetary healing ultimately begins with ourselves – the loving process of healing any parts within that are wounded and thus returning to a place of acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion.

During the breathwork ceremony we will be channelling energy healing to enable you to let go whilst being held in a safe and sacred space. We will use a beautiful playlist of music, instruments and healing frequencies through our voices to take you on a journey back to your heart.   

Through conscious connected breathing we enter into an altered state of consciousness, our breath bridges the gap between our conscious/subconscious mind and our body. The body remembers what the mind forgets, therefore any unresolved traumas or emotional wounding are stored as heavy energy or blockages within the body and energy field. Through the breath we create space for these energies to come to the surface to be felt and then released. Once released we feel more centred and balanced, moving into a place of love and acceptance for ourselves and others.
