Women’s Deep Healing & Spiritual Development Retreat

Event Specifics

We are super excited to be joining arms with Stacey the founder of Somewhere To Dance for our intimate women’s deep healing retreat, which will be set within the picturesque fields of Ardeley Farm. There will be a beautiful selection of bell tents to sleep in and a large marquee where we will be taking you on a sacred journey of healing and transformation, connecting to the heart space. This is the perfect retreat space to connect to the healing energy of our beautiful mother earth giving you the opportunity to start planting your intentions for the year ahead, releasing and clearing anything that may be holding you back from fully stepping into your power and accessing your divine magic.

We will guide you through a rebirth breathwork, These sessions are specifically designed to help clear your mind body and soul, to help release old programs, unhealed traumas and help the let go of deep grief and come to a place of loving forgiveness and acceptance.

Stacey will be guiding you on a journey of movement and meditation to reach your soul’s true essence. Through the 5 stages of Ecstatic Awakening Dance you will get out of your mind and root firmly into your body. On this retreat we will be blessed with the chance to dance barefoot on the Earth, directly communicating with Mother Earth in our most primal language; dance. In this safe container you can explore each and every emotion as it arises as movement. Let your body tell its own story and let go of anything that you have been holding onto within your blood, muscle and bone.

We have lots of different healing modalities that we will be sharing with you, but we don’t want to give too much away because we want you to have a  fresh mindset, ready for your journey of self discovery. This is an opportunity for you to open your heart and heal together as a group. With lots of added fun, laughter, deep connection, and lasting friendships.

• Overnight stay in communal sleeping bell tent with blow up bed
