Breathwork Ceremonies

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All breathwork ceremony tickets are non-refundable once purchased
  • You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person
  • To arrange a ticket transfer, please contact us before the event with the new attendee’s details
  • The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the transferred ticket is used appropriately

Festivals and Gathering Events

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All festival and gathering event tickets are non-refundable for any reason
  • This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, weather conditions, or other external factors

Retreats

Retreat-Specific Refund Terms

  • Refund policies vary by retreat and are clearly stated on each retreat’s event page
  • Please refer to the specific retreat listing for detailed cancellation and refund terms
  • Generally, refund eligibility decreases as the retreat date approaches
  • Early bird pricing may have different refund terms than standard pricing

Payment Plans and Instalments

Payment Plan Arrangements

  • We offer flexible payment plans for those who need financial assistance
  • Payment plans are subject to approval and specific terms
  • Refunds will be processed according to the payment plan agreement
  • Outstanding payment plan balances may affect refund amounts

Processing of Payment Plan Refunds

  • If eligible for a refund while on a payment plan, the refund amount will be calculated based on payments made minus any applicable fees
  • Any outstanding balance on the payment plan will be deducted from refund amounts where applicable

Special Circumstances

Health and Medical Emergencies

While our standard policies apply, we understand that serious health emergencies can occur. We review requests on a case-by-case basis when:

  • You provide medical documentation for a serious health condition that prevents attendance
  • A family emergency requires immediate attention
  • We cannot guarantee exceptions but will consider each situation compassionately

Event Cancellations by Conscious Heart Warriors

Our Responsibility

  • If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund
  • If we reschedule, you may choose to attend the new date or receive a full refund
  • In cases of events beyond our control (severe weather, venue issues, etc.), we will offer rescheduling or credit before issuing refunds

Venue Changes

  • Minor venue changes within the same general area will not entitle you to a refund
  • Significant venue changes (different city/region) will allow you to request a full refund

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email: Send your refund request to consciousheartwarriors@gmail.com
  2. Include: Order number, event details, and reason for refund request
  3. Response Time: We’ll respond within 3-5 business days
  4. Documentation: Provide any required documentation for special circumstances

Processing Times

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal Refunds: 1-3 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after approval

Refund Fees

  • Credit Card Processing: Original processing fees (typically 2.9% + £0.30) are non-refundable
  • International Transactions: Currency conversion fees are non-refundable
  • Administrative Fee: A £10 administrative fee may apply to refunds processed more than 30 days before an event

Ticket Transfers

Transfer Process

  • Allowed Events: Breathwork ceremonies and most workshops allow ticket transfers
  • Not Allowed: Retreats and some intensive programs may not allow transfers
  • Process: Contact us at least 48 hours before the event with new attendee details
  • Responsibility: Original purchaser remains responsible for communicating event details to the new attendee

Transfer Requirements

  • New attendee must meet any age or health requirements
  • Transfer must be to a real person (no placeholders)
  • We reserve the right to refuse transfers that don’t meet our community standards

Disputes and Appeals

Appeal Process

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied:

  1. Email your appeal to consciousheartwarriors@gmail.com within 14 days
  2. Include original correspondence and additional supporting information
  3. Appeals will be reviewed by senior management within 7 business days

Final Resolution

  • Our appeals decision is final for non-legal matters
  • For legal disputes, standard consumer protection laws apply
  • We encourage resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal options

Gift Purchases

Gift Ticket Refunds

  • Gift purchaser can request refunds according to standard policy terms
  • Refunds will be issued to original purchaser unless otherwise arranged
  • Gift recipients can transfer tickets but cannot request refunds directly

Travel and Accommodation

Not Our Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any travel or related expenses
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance
  • Flight cancellations and other travel arrangements are between you and those providers
