Overview
Our Deep Healing & Breathwork Transformational Workshop is designed to help you release emotional weight, calm the nervous system, reconnect with yourself and create space for lasting transformation.
Many of us spend our lives carrying stress, anxiety, grief, overwhelm and emotional experiences that become stored within the body. Over time this can leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, stuck or simply not ourselves.
This workshop provides a safe and supportive environment where you can pause, breathe and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.

The journey begins with a guided meditation to help you settle into the space, become present and connect with the group. You will then be invited to set a personal intention for the session, creating an opportunity to focus on what matters most to you.
Throughout the workshop there will be opportunities to share within the group if you wish. Sharing is always optional; however, many participants find comfort in being witnessed, heard and supported by others walking their own healing journey.
The heart of the experience is the Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.
Using a carefully guided breathing technique alongside powerful music and facilitation, breathwork can help release stored emotions, reduce stress, regulate the nervous system and create a deeper connection with yourself.
Many participants describe feeling lighter, clearer, calmer and more connected after their journey.
Throughout the session our facilitators create a safe, compassionate and welcoming environment where you are supported every step of the way.
Healing is not something outside of you that needs to be found.
It is something that already exists within you.
Our role is simply to help you remember.
Whether you are completely new to breathwork or have experienced it before, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Come with an open mind, a willingness to breathe and an intention to give yourself the gift of time, space and self-care.
