This workshop is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, take a deeper breath, and spend some time focusing on yourself.

Many of us carry stress, emotions, worries, and life experiences that can build up over time. This session offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and let go of anything that may be weighing you down, while reconnecting with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and wellbeing.

We will begin with a gentle guided meditation designed to help you relax, arrive fully in the space, and feel present with the group. This practice also helps to create a sense of connection between everyone and prepares you for the sharing part of the session, so you can feel more comfortable, open, and safe.

You’ll also be invited to set a personal intention for the session, whether that’s reducing stress, gaining clarity, finding emotional balance, or simply taking some time for yourself.

There will be an opportunity to share within the group if you wish. Sharing is always optional, but many people find it helpful to speak openly about what they are feeling in a safe and supportive environment. Simply being heard and listening to others can be a powerful reminder that we are not alone in our experiences.

The main part of the session is the breathwork journey. Using a simple conscious breathing technique, supported by carefully chosen music and guidance throughout, you’ll be invited to explore a deeper connection with yourself.

Breathwork can help release tension, quiet a busy mind, and bring greater awareness to thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing. Many people leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, emotionally balanced, and more connected to themselves.

Throughout the session, we will be there to support you and create a safe, welcoming environment where you can fully relax and trust the process.

Healing is not something outside of you that you have to find, it is something within you that you are remembering. Beneath everything, you are already whole. You are the healer. You are the medicine.

Whether you are completely new to breathwork or have experienced it before, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Come with an open mind, a willingness to breathe and let go, give yourself the gift of a few hours dedicated entirely to you own wellbeing.
